Yesterday I was riding in my truck. I went over a bridge that had some exceptionally quick and repetitive bumps. As I crossed this relatively short bridge and passed an uneventful point in my life something happened that has had me thinking for a full day now. I felt my belly jiggle. And when I looked down, I could sort of see it jiggle from under my shirt. I hated that.
So, what do I do about it? Well, if I want to hop on some sort of bandwagon that may actually have the legs to make it into an actual established activity, I need look no further than in the front pocket of my backpack. What's in there? Nothing short of a 20 gig powerhouse packed with nothing less than thousands of my favorite songs. Yes, its my well used ipod. I must confess that for the year or so that I've owned my ipod, the state of my belly has not improved, but seems to have actually deteriorated. But, that was before I began to hear about a new use for it (aside from bothering friends into listening to a song that will "change their life").
Ipod workouts are yet another thing that this apple product is doing that no one expected. Obviously, a benefit while working out with your ipod is its mobility and its ability to absorb shocks that cd players can't. But, the new fad of ipod workouts has taken that at least a step or two further. There have been several workout instructions that are now available to be purchased or downloaded. This is like getting yourself a personal trainer that will walk you through your workouts whenever and wherever your heart desires. Some of these can even come with images that can be displayed on your screen.
The point is that at times one of the biggest obstacles in the way of you and a belly that doesn't jiggle when going over bridges is knowing what to do during your workout and having the motivation to do so; and both of these may be significally minimized by using an ipod workout.

Galadriel Anderson is a huge iPod fan, taking hers even to the mountains. Read more about iPod accessories and iPod workouts.

What Is An iPod
What is an iPod? Who are you, my mother? Well, it's a reasonable enough question. Chances are that you are probably aware that it's an iPod is a little gadget that your grandson wants for his birthday and that its costs a lot of money and what wrong with this transistor radio anyway? What's wrong? Everything.
You want to know what is an iPod? It's a product created by Apple. Depending on which version you have its possibilities for functionality are seeming to approach limitless. Lets assume that you're going to pick up the new 5th generation for the grandkid, because if he's like most kids nowadays, he's probably rude, disrespectful and ungrateful…unless he gets exactly what he wants; which is a 5th generation iPod.
When he opens it up and starts it up he'll be looking at the possibility of storing up to 15,000 songs, and oddly enough he will too. He'll be able to load his iPod up with 25,000 crystal clear color photos. His new best friend has the capacity to store up to 150 hours videos or movies that all have the same quality as the photos. And he can roam the mean streets of your quiet town for 20 hours before this thing runs out of batteries.
So aside from everything that should have tempted you to buy the kid one long ago, excellent quality, great capacity, podcast possibilities, etc; you've got every reason in the world to push aside your concerns. The new iPods are smaller, lighter, and have more options than one could reasonably want. The new 5th generation iPod does so many things that you won't be asking what is an iPod, but what isn't an iPod.

Galadriel Anderson makes it easy and fun to get the most out of your iPod. Read her articles about iPod accessories and if you do not know already, find out what is an iPod.

Klondike Solitaire – A Winning Strategy Tips.
Klondike solitaire, or simply Solitaire, is the classic solitaire game, is probably the best known solitaire game in the world. The rules of this game are known to almost everyone.
Not all games of Klondike Solitaire are solvable. Playing Klondike game involves a lot of guesswork and it is the main reason why you do not win the vast majority of the games.
This article covers some strategy tips that that could be helpful for improving your win/loss ratio.
1. Turn up the first card off the deck before making any other moves. It increases the initial number of possible moves and gives you the opportunity to make a better choice.
2. Always move an Ace or Deuce to the foundation whenever it is possible.
This rule seems to be clear and logical and does not need any further explanation.
3. Expose hidden cards. If you have a choice from several possible moves that expose hidden cards, choose column with the largest number of hidden cards.
4. Hold off the moves that are not important. The best move is one that provides you with opportunity to make other moves or expose hidden cards.
5. Do not empty a tableau pile if you do not have a King to put it in. You gain nothing if you get an empty pile. A space in Klondike solitaire can only be filled by a King or a sequence starting with a King, so leave your options open.
6. If you have a choice between a black King and a red King to fill a space with, be cautious in your decision. Look at the color of the blocking cards and make the appropriate color choice. For example, if you have a red Jack that blocks some hidden cards, you have to select a red King and than wait for a black Queen.
There are two basic way to deal cards from the stock in this game: player deals either the cards at a time, or only one card is dealt at a time. The recommendations given above are applicable to both variations. The only difference for the "deal three at a time" variation is that you have to pay close attention to the order of the cards in the order of cards in the deck. Some people suggest dealing all the cards to the waste pile once without making any moves and remember the order of the cards in the deck.
If you play computerized version of Klondike, you can use the unlimited undo function as many times as you want to try different choices and to maximize your chances of winning.
